Nepali mother's fatal death in Rockhampton, Australia

Ambika Subedi was hit by a four-wheel drive as she made her way home from the Central Queensland University's Rockhampton campus library. She died in the Hospital soon afterwards. She was aged 48, a mother of three and a stalwart in the local Nepali community. Her family had moved to Rockhampton 7 years ago when her husband Phul Subedi started his PhD at the Central Queensland University. Ambika had a passion for her family, gardening, travelling and learning. Today on Mother's Day, we pass on our condolences to the Subedi family and pray that her soul rests in peace!
