Has the Buddha Boy lost his charm?

Ram Bahadur Bomjon, of Bara, Nepal is believed by some to be the reincarnation of Gautama Buddha. He is also referred to as Palden Dorje and Dharma Sangha. He has also been referred to as the Buddha Boy by the western media. While in the past he has attracted thousands and thousands of pilgrims, this time not many devotees have turned up at his latest public appearance at Ratanpuri Forest in Bara. Has the public lost its interest in Bomjon because of recent incidents or is it due to the Nepal bandhs?
