Happy Mother's Day to all Aussie Nepalis!

We would like to wish all Aussie Nepalis a happy Mother's Day. The tradition of Mother's Day was started in Australia in 1924 by Mrs. Janet Hayden. She started the tradition during a visit to a patient at the Newington State Home for Women, where she met many lonely and forgotten mothers. To cheer them up, she rounded up support from local school children and businesses to donate and bring gifts to the women. Since then Mother's Day has become an Aussie tradition which falls on the second Sunday of May. So all you mums out there, Happy Mother's Day!
