China displeased with Nepal over Tibetan Minister!

A diplomatic row has erupted between China and Nepal after Beijing expressed dissatisfaction over the appointment of a minister of Tibetan ethnic origin by the communist party-led government of Prime Minister Jhala Nath Khanal. Chinese embassy officials in Kathmandu have expressed dissatisfaction over the appointment of Lharkyal Lama as State Minister for Finance. Lharkyal Lama is allegedly connected with the 'free Tibet movement', and allegedly holds Nepali and Indian passports as well as identity card of Tibetan refugee. It will be interesting to see how much longer Khanal is able to hold on to the PM's kursi!
