Top Three Parties of Nepal finally agree on something!

It looks like the "secret talks" among the three main political parties is bearing some fruit. Finally, today, they have reached an agreement to pass the annual budget and defer the prime ministerial election. In the third round of "secret talks" held at Gokarna Resort, the leaders of the three parties decided to defer the PM election till November 19. The fourth round of "decisive talks" is to be held on November 18th following which the "acting government" is to present the full-fledged budget in the Parliament on November 19th. I suppose the "top leaders" can have further "secret talks" as long as they reach agreements on the important issues facing the nation. This is much better than having useless elections in the Parliament.
